How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for event coverage and 1-2 weeks for portrait sessions. Passport photos can often be scheduled with shorter notice, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full details are available in our terms of service. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for premium packages and event coverage. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the session. Contact us to discuss options.
